What to expect, and what we ask of you.
✨ Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Appointments canceled within 1 day will forfeit their retainer and incur a 30% cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling the day of the appointment will incur 20% rescheduling fee.
‼️ A new retainer is Required if your previous appointment was Canceled.
‼️ Weather-related cancellations/reschedules remain subject to the standard policies.
✨ Retainers (NON-REFUNDABLE)
• $25 required for all applicable appointments
• Once an appointment is booked. All retainers are non-refundable (only transferable)
* Retainers go towards full balance
*Convenience Fee DOES NOT (Non-refundable )
✨ Late Policy
• 10 minutes late +$5
• 15 minutes late +$10
‼️ 20+ minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation and No-Show Fee if no prior Contact.
